Terms of Service | Dual Heritage

1. Overview

By placing an order with Dual Heritage, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production immediately. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after this point.
Please double-check the recipient's delivery address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed per item and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times from date of purchase: heritage hats — US 5–7 business days, UK 4–6 business days; heritage flags — US 2–5 business days, UK 10–30 business days (ships from US); heritage stickers — US 2–5 business days, UK 10–30 business days (ships from US).
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Heritage hats, flags, and stickers ship to addresses in the United States and United Kingdom.

5. Refunds and returns

Because each order is custom-printed to your chosen combination of heritages, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:

Your order arrives damaged or with a printing/manufacturing defect.
Your order is lost in transit.

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at support@dualheritage.com and we may be able to arrange a one-time reprint depending on the circumstances. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion.

We are not responsible for items undelivered or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. No reprint or refund will be issued in these cases.

We do not offer refunds or reprints for change of mind, incorrect combination selection, or dissatisfaction with the design preview shown on the website.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, and content on this website are the property of Dual Heritage. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Dual Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
